    Terms of Service

    1. Service Description

    MyDigest is an AI-powered media monitoring and digest delivery service operated by PlumJam. We aggregate publicly available RSS feeds, analyze articles using artificial intelligence, and deliver curated email digests to subscribers.

    2. Account Registration

    To use MyDigest, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

    3. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Redistribute, resell, or publicly share digest content in bulk
    • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from MyDigest
    • Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
    • Use the service for any illegal purpose

    4. Intellectual Property

    Original article content belongs to its respective publishers. MyDigest provides AI-generated summaries and analysis as a derivative service. These summaries are intended for personal informational use only.

    5. Service Availability

    We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. MyDigest is provided “as is” without any SLA guarantees. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

    6. Subscription Tiers

    MyDigest offers free and paid subscription tiers with different feature limits. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor. Refund policies are handled on a case-by-case basis.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    PlumJam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MyDigest. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

    8. Termination

    You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

    10. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
